What I want to type here is that, I really love how you play around with the colours in here, to blend the red blood with the other colours without it looking awkward. The concept of the drawing seemed to be disturbingly beautiful, I find myself observing it longer than I would have thought and I just love how this captures my eyes from the top to the bottom, especially the amount of the colours which aren't too much or too less. And I caught roses, the blood I mean, painting roses, that's just a great touch on it.
So what can you improve is that, in my opinion, it would have looked even more nicer if the bricks would have more textures on it, especially on the darker part of the shadows, so that it'll look less too smooth, and you could have done more better on the proportions, so that their positions in this piece won't look that awkward and the cracks on the bricks, I imagine it to look more distorted but then it's nothing major on that.
You deserve a fav from people on this piece, I really adore this work because of the less lineart involved in this, really adds to the lighting. Keep up the great work
Alright. I know I commented already but I may as well give this crack. Alright, here is what works for your piece. The overall composition is great! The colors and how you mix it is amazing as well, its lively, does not look bland and does help bring out the 3D feel. The proportions here are great as well, and not to mention the hair coloring style, the way that the colors are handled makes it look like hair you'd see on PIXIV. Hell, I think this piece is good enough for danbooru as well.
Now, for the things you can work on... my only suggestion is to keep practicing and advance your horizons in art: draw something you don't usually draw and try to be well rounded. Once again, this piece rocks.
